As we enter this trying time we wanted to send out a quick update to our current and future customers.

Tech Support and Assistance - We have reached out to our third party vendors to ensure that data center support will be available and while we do not expect any issues we understand that some companies are having to send employees home and we want to ensure your sites, and emails continue to work. If the situation changes we will be sure to update our announcements here and on twitter. At this time most if not all support requests that come in to us are handled all in house currently so we don't expect there to be any delays in support requests and assistance.

Billing and Invoices - Most of our customers if not all are small independent artists, creators, conventions and small business owners. While Anubianhost has always ran on slim margins if you are impacted financially by the Covid-19 Virus we urge you to reach out and we will do everything we can to keep your sites and e-mails running since we understand this is how a lot of income comes in for you. We will discuss with you on a case by case basis and do what we can to help during this time (deferring payments etc) please reach out to us through a Billing Ticket in your client panel or e-mail us directly billing@anubianhost.com
